The Founder : Marjorie Voghi

With a solid background in international corporations such as Pernod Ricard, AB InBev, and Suntory, Marjorie Voghi has spent over 20 years leading large-scale retail and marketing strategies, always closely aligned with market dynamics—from global leadership to tailored local execution across markets and distribution channels. Her systemic vision, grounded in hands-on leadership, equips her to guide organizations through transformation with both precision and pragmatism.

Believing that lasting performance stems from human development, she expanded her expertise into coaching and change management. This complementary skillset enables her to work at the intersection of strategic clarity, team alignment, and the collective momentum required for effective transformation.

Through Ublooming™—founded in Milan in 2019 and established in Luxembourg in 2024—she creates and delivers transformation programs that address digital, cultural, generational, and customer-centric challenges.
